" Na noite de eleições, um casal de ratazanas invade a sala de estar onde todos esperam pelos resultados finais. O cenário é desesperadamente negro e, para afastar os demónios, Jane Doe tenta afastar os bichos à vassourada. Falha e passa a vassoura a Jules Doe que, obtendo os mesmos resultados, passa-a a Joe Doe. Em vão. Ao longe o som de breaking news invade a sala. Mais três ratazanas se juntam e Joe tenta, esbaforido, afastá-las. Josh e Anna juntam-se a ele mas os resultados não melhoram. Jane ainda consegue de raspão tocar na quinta ratazana, mas sem o sucesso pretendido. As criaturas estão em alvoroço no lado direito do sofá vermelho e vão saindo de cena em movimentos de celebração enquanto Marianne e Andreas procuram quietar a raiva da auto-intitulada família Does. Com sucesso, a raiva foi reprimida e as atazanantes criaturas saem de cena.

É verão e ao anoitecer Jane e Joe Doe descem a Rua do Norte rumo ao parque escondido. Na distração de passarem a garrafa que traziam um ao outro, Joe descuida-se e ouve-se um “ihhhhhh” agudo e inquietante. Ao olhar para baixo, vê uma pequena ratazana a fugir desenfreadamente. Joe percebe o que era o corpo esponjoso que tinha acabado de calcar, enquanto Jane se encontra petrificada com uma expressão de “aaeewwwww”.

Sara Graça (Lisboa, 1993) licencia-se em artes plásticas na Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade do Porto em 2015, passando pela Central Saint Martins em 2014. Ao terminar a licenciatura, cria o espaço Vésta e apresenta “Glória da Manhã” no Sismógrafo. Regressa a Lisboa, onde passa a colaborar nas áreas do cinema e da música, mais recentemente com a artista Maria Reis e dentro do grupo performativo Toda Matéria. Neste momento, reside em Londres, onde está a completar um mestrado em Fine Art no Goldsmiths College.

" On election night, a couple of rats invades the living room where everyone is waiting for the final results. The scenario is desperately gloomy and, in order to ward off demons, Jane Doe tries to ward off the animals with a broom. She fails and passes the broom to Jules Doe, who, obtaining the same results, passes it to Joe Doe. In vain. In the distance, the sound of breaking news invades the room. Three more rats join in, and Joe tries, out of breath, to push them away. Josh and Anna gather, but the results do not improve. Jane manages to slightly touch the fifth rat, but without the intended success. The creatures are in an uproar on the right side of the red sofa and gradually leave the scene in celebratory movements while Marianne and Andreas try to quiet the anger of the self-titled Does family. The anger has been successfully suppressed and the terrifying creatures leave the scene.

It is summer and at dusk Jane and Joe Doe walk down North Street towards the hidden park. In the diversion of passing the bottle they brought to each other, Joe gets distracted and a high-pitched and unsettling “ihhhhhh” is heard. As he looks down, he sees a small rat running wildly. Joe realizes what was that spongy body he had just stepped on, while Jane is petrified with an “aaeewwwww” expression.

Sara Graça (Lisboa, 1993) has a degree in Fine Arts by Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade do Porto (2015), passing by Central Saint Martins in 2014. When she finishes her degree, she opens the space Vésta and presents “Morning Glory” at Sismógrafo. She returns to Lisbon, where she begins to collaborate in the areas of cinema and music, most recently with the artist Maria Reis and within the performative group Toda Matéria. She currently lives in London, where she is completing a master's degree in Fine Art at Goldsmiths College.
